Announcement of an animal's date of death

You may inform us about an animal's death by phone, by postal mail, by telefax or by e-mail; you may also do it online.

Online:

Login with your account and PIN and then insert the date of death.

By phone:

By postal mail:

Blue form for change of holder data (fill in the date of death), or a hardcopy of the confirmation of registration, or a letter with the data of the animal, the microchip number and the date of death, to be sent to: ANIS
